You'll learn simple breathwork techniques for relaxation and emotional well-being, followed by a 20–25 minute immersive 9D Breathwork mini-session using high-definition, noise-canceling headphones. This powerful experience supports self-awareness and holistic health, and is perfect for anyone curious about breathwork.

Deepen Your Zen
Deepen Your Zen is a relaxation experience designed to help you unwind and rebalance your mind, body, and spirit. You'll be guided through calming meditation, soothing aromatherapy, and gentle Reiki healing energy to reduce stress and promote deep tranquility. Perfect for those who struggle with meditation, this class now includes a 5-minute sample of 9D Breathwork for relaxation—an immersive sound journey delivered through high-definition, noise-cancelling headphones. No experience needed—just lie back, relax, and receive.

Power Up with Breath
Power Up with Breath is a high-impact breathwork class designed for athletes, gym-goers, and anyone living an active lifestyle. Blending science-backed breathing techniques with performance-focused training, this session teaches how breathwork enhances endurance, recovery, and mental resilience. Participants will explore the powerful connection between breath and the nervous system, and experience a 9D Breathwork mini-journey called Getting Great to activate strength, clarity, and inner focus.
